These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of the Services (including but not exclusive to: training, behaviour work) by you (the client) and Nose to Trail. You can reach Nose to Trail for any questions, comments, or complaints on info@nosetotrail.co.uk or 07506059019 between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday.
All services are subject to availability. Where potential clients contact Nose to Trail for services which are not available, or outside of Nose to Trail’s remit they will be suitably signposted to another accredited professional. Signposting does not constitute a recommendation and Nose to Trail cannot be held accountable for training methods used by other organisations.
Description of services on this website do not constitute a contractual offer but an invitation to place an order with Nose to Trail. Any images used on the website are for illustrative purposes only. When an order has been submitted, Nose to Trail can reject this for any reason but will try to inform you of this in a timely manner.
Changes to services can be made when necessary to comply with any law or safety requirement. You will be notified if this occurs.
Nose to Trail will retain and use information as outlined in the Privacy Policy and as per your expressed permission on consent forms at time of booking.
The participation in any events/services offered by Nose to Trail is taken at your own risk which means the insurance lies with the client themselves. We therefore make you aware, that you should carry insurance to be able to participate in any events/services i.e., you should take-out third-party liability on your dog.
The participant is fully responsible for any damages/harm done by either themselves, their dogs or the people that came with them to training sessions with Nose to Trail.
Nose to Trail does not take any responsibility for any damage/harm done to a person/s or a thing/s (e.g., buildings, cars, dogs, personal belongings etc.) during a session be this face to face or online. The participant takes the full responsibility for his/her dog/s, even if acting upon instruction of Nose to Trail staff. Therefore, you are fully responsible for your own and your dog’s actions.
Nose to Trail takes all reasonable precautions within the structure of our sessions to avoid injury resulting from dog bites. However, Nose to Trail accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from dog bites occurring to clients or their dogs while attending training with Nose to Trail. The Control of Dogs Act 1986 section 21 - "Liability of owner for damage by Dog" applies within all Nose to Trail sessions.
All instances of accident or injury must be reported to the dog trainer/instructor at the time they occurred.
Nose to Trail reserve the right to remove a participant from any session for any reason they see as fit including, but not limited to; use of aversive methods, failing to follow instructions or for safety reasons.
Terms & Conditions relating to cancellation of bookings are outlined in the specific cancellation policy sent to clients at time of booking. Proceeding to payment infers agreement to the cancellation policy. If payment is not received 7 days prior to the booked session, then the session will be made available to other clients. Where possible we will try to contact you to remind you that your payment is outstanding.
